NEW PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR BASED IN ANDOVER.

Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA's for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical.

You will be the key point of contact for all escalations relating to Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People, working closely with the Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Engineering, and Quality teams.

This role requires a confident, adaptable leader who can work independently, make sound decisions, and lead from the front in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities as a Production Supervisor in Andover.

• Supervise operators to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Lead and progress designated product lines in line with production priorities.
• Conduct return-to-work interviews, regular 1-to-1s, and performance appraisals.
• Manage training plans and ensure training records are maintained.
• Review and communicate key performance metrics through daily and monthly reviews.
• Identify and propose improvement projects to reduce waste, cost, and cycle times.
