Monday Friday: 8:00am 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am 1:00pm

The Role

We re recruiting on behalf of a busy car dealership in Luton, looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team.

You ll play a key role as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection.

This role offers strong earning potential, a supportive environment, and flexibility on salary for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers in a professional dealership environment
• Manage service bookings, job cards, and workshop scheduling
• Upsell service plans, repairs, and additional products
• Keep customers updated on vehicle progress, costs, and authorisations
• Ensure a smooth and professional handover on completion of work
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive loyalty and retention

Your Background & Skills

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or motor trade environment
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to upsell products and work to targets
• Good organisational and IT skills (DMS experience advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
