We are looking for a Secured Loan Advisor to join a well established broker . The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing loans, providing expert advice on financial products and services.

• Location : Bolton (hybrid- 3 days in office )
• Salary will depend on experience
• NO WEEKENDS- Monday -Thursday 9-6pm Friday 9-4pm

Duties

• Assess clients' financial situations and needs to recommend suitable loan products
• Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Evaluate loan applications, including credit history analysis and risk assessment Provide clear explanations of loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Previous experience within second charge loans in an advisory role is essential.
• Successful completion of CeMap modules 1, 2 and 3.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
