• Overseeing and managing on-site activities related to water projects
• Coordinating and supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Providing technical assistance and resolving any engineering issues that arise on-site
• Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports
• Understanding and managing pipework installation and maintenance
• Utilising provided kit and equipment effectively to complete tasks

• Experience in water industry engineering, specifically working on reservoirs or Southern Water projects
• Strong understanding of pipework systems and their installation and maintenance
• Ability to work effectively in a blue-collar environment
• Proficient in site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
