New Business Sales Administrator

Your new company
You'll be working with the sales team at a Bristol based production company.

Working Pattern
Hybrid 1 day WFH after probation
Office based within Bristol outskirts - parking on site.

Your new role
You will support new business growth and improve the profitability of existing customers, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing commercial support to designated Sales teams, responding to product enquiries, samples, and general requests for both new and existing customers.
  • Acting as the main sales contact for customers, managing all commercial enquiries.
  • Managing the Product Data Management process, ensuring timely turnaround, clear communication on progress, and continuous system improvements.
  • Managing trial and sample stock processes and efficient sample delivery.
  • Supporting lead generation and sales growth through proactive customer contact.
  • Managing plant industrialisation projects for site customers, ensuring a right first time approach when onboarding new business.
  • Reporting regularly on the progress of allocated projects.
  • Managing and updating quarterly Price FX implementation.
  • Identifying, validating, and delivering profit improvement (Value Plus) opportunities.
  • Supporting the commercial function through ad hoc projects as required.
  • Adhering strictly to hygiene rules and quality standards to protect product integrity, including appropriate use of personal protective equipment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enjoying being a point of contact is key.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the business.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A commercial mindset and understanding of profitability and value creation.
  • Basic knowledge of quality standards, data integrity, and product integrity principles.
