The finance department plays a critical role in ensuring strong financial control, regulatory compliance and the delivery of accurate, timely information to support organisational planning and performance. As a Management Accountant, youll play a key role in supporting a high-profile transformation programme, contributing to initiatives designed to drive growth, enhance visitor experience and expand conservation and educational activity. Your work will make a genuine impact.

What will you be doing?

Produce accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
Provide financial insight and analysis to support decision-making
Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Partner with budget holders, offering clear guidance and financial support
Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and systems

What are we looking for?

Experience in a Management Accountant/commercial accountant role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector (desirable)
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
Strong communication skills
Competent with Excel and the ability to adapt to new financial systems
Part-qualified or qualified Accountant preferred, but QBE will be experienced
