This highly regarded Good school in Aylesbury is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join its committed team as soon as possible. • Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students facing behavioural challenges, empowering them to overcome barriers to learning.

• Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to implement targeted, proactive behaviour management strategies that promote positive student outcomes.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with students, providing the emotional and social support they need to flourish academically and personally.

• Assist in designing and delivering individualised behaviour plans, ensuring each student s needs are met with tailored interventions.

• Monitor and track student progress, maintaining clear communication with staff, parents, and carers to ensure consistent support.

• Experience in supporting students with behavioural needs (desirable, but not essential).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.

• A patient, empathetic, and calm approach, with a commitment to finding positive solutions to challenges.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure, with a focus on student well-being and emotional development.

• A genuine passion for helping young people develop their social, emotional, and behavioural skills.
