Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage children in educational activities while also managing daily routines.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, including teaching basic skills.
• Prepare meals and snacks, catering to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a love for learning.
• Maintain a clean and organised play area, ensuring toys and materials are safe and suitable for use.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Provide transportation for children as needed, including school drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Support children's social development through playdates and outings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare or nannying is essential.
• Strong skills in teaching or tutoring children are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children and parents alike.
• A nurturing attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
