A rapidly expanding, Northwest Construction Consultancy is seeking two Quantity Surveyors with NEC contract experience to work on several large-scale infrastructure projects for a key client.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across one or two major project locations across the Southeast - this will involve either working from home or from the client's office. Projects valuing between 100m - 1B.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will provide pre and post contract services and possibly run their own contracts. Day to day will involve a mixture reviewing cost data, carrying out commercial audits, contract administration, and forecasting.
The Quantity Surveyor
- NEC contract experience is non-negotiable.
- Previous infrastructure project experience (preferably electrical, substations, overhead lines) is desirable.
- Must be client facing, able to integrate well with teams
- Willing to travel if you're not based locally.
- Basic pre and post contract knowledge
