Your new company
Working for an educational body based in Cardiff, the organisation offers parking for staff, but has limited access via public transport.

Your new role

  • The primary function will include the processing of maintenance invoices in a timely manner by logging their receipt and raising purchase orders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies and payment status, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Assisting the Maintenance team in the delivery of maintenance works as directed by the Engagement and Administrative Manager and will include monitoring the shared inbox and liaising with suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed
  • An excellent, demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures within a customer service delivery team
  • Experience of using a financial system
  • Experience of departmental procurement and administrative procedures
  • Must be available to work on campus, this role does not offer hybrid working
