PST Group is currently recruiting a Female Support Worker to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs in a supported living or residential care setting within the CH65 area.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred support, promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive daily living outcomes in line with individual support plans.

Essential Requirements (Please Read Before Applying):

• Minimum of 12 months' UK care experience
• Proven experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs
• Experience in supported living or residential care
• Understanding of person-centred care, positive behaviour support, and risk management
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Female applicants only due to genuine occupational requirement
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Sponsorship is not available
