Operations Director

Chippenham - Hybrid (3 days a week)

70,000 - 85,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Our client is a fast-growing E-commerce business based in Chippenham, they're looking for an experienced Operations Director to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across their operational functions, including warehousing, distribution, dispatch, facilities and operational technology.

You'll be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across the business. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team and managers. You'll need to have experience in end-to-end operations, leading high-performing teams and manage risk and compliance. You'll also need to demonstrate experience in improving systems and processes to support a customer-first, technology-driven environment.

We're looking to speak with candidates who possess:

• Proven experience within operations at senior leadership level
• Strong background in warehousing, logistics, and multi-site operational management. Ideally in a retail environment.
• Good knowledge of ERP, WMS, and operational systems
• Previous experience managing your own budgets, resources, and operational risk, including Health & Safety compliance
