We re recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a high profile commercial development in the North West, working on high quality office fit out packages.

This role is ideal for a QS who enjoys being hands on, commercially driven and involved from early cost planning through to final accounts.

The Role:

• Cost planning, budgeting and reporting for office fit-out works

• Subcontract procurement and commercial management

• Valuations, variations and final accounts

• Supporting project teams to deliver on time and on budget

What We re Looking For:

• Proven QS experience within office fit-out/commercial interiors

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills

• Confident managing subcontractors and cost control
