A major global organisation is seeking a Director - AI Enablement & Engagement to lead enterprise-wide AI literacy, training and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AI training for large global workforce's
• Create exec-to-practitioner learning pathways
• Drive safe, responsible and effective AI adoption
• Shape culture and behaviours around AI usage
• Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Risk & HR
• Define adoption metrics and track enablement impact

Experience Required

• Led large-scale L&D, enablement or transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals & responsible AI
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management
• Experience operating in complex, global environments
