Shifts: Paid breaks included (75 mins per shift)

12 hour shifts - 4 on 4 off

Job Summary

As a machine Operator you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing team by operating and monitoring machinery across various production lines. This role requires versatility and the ability to work efficiently under the guidance of the Shift Operational Lead to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor multiple production lines (packing, palletising, lid loading, material replenishment)
• Carry out quality checks and maintain safe, efficient production
• Support line changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives
