Hays are recruiting multiple temporary credit control roles for a well established organisation based in Darlington, and we want to hear from you.
These roles offer an immediate start, ongoing duration, and the chance to work within a supportive team environment where training is provided and collaboration is key.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a vital part in keeping the financial heartbeat of the business running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Posting and allocating daily cash using Excel sheets and remittances
• Running daily catch up invoices from the billing system
• Printing, sorting, and preparing invoice files for mailing
• Managing internal and external mail
• Overseeing the electronic remittance inbox and organising remittances into correct folders
• Carrying out data input tasks as directed
• Conducting debt chasing.
• Implementing payment plans

What the client is looking for
You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Previous experience in credit control
• Confidence working with data, systems, and Excel
• A proactive, team focused attitude
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
