Our client, a well-established organisation within the education and training sector, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Installation Instructor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Delivering high-quality instruction in electrical installation to students
• Travelling between the organisation's three sites, necessitating a full driving licence and personal vehicle
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and practical sessions
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Completing and reviewing necessary documentation and reports
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience
• Undertaking relevant training and development to stay current in the field

• Significant experience in electrical installation
• Relevant industry qualifications
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel between multiple sites
• A teaching qualification is preferred, but relevant industry experience is essential
• Commitment to obtaining a teaching qualification if not already held (with support and funding provided by the organisation)

• 42 days annual leave (including bank holidays), with a mandatory period during Christmas shutdown
• Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 16:15 and Friday 8:00 - 16:00
