About the role
As Store Manager, you'll lead and support an experienced team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving store performance. You'll be handson on the shop floor, rolemodelling Vision Express values and ensuring every customer feels cared for.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, motivating and developing your team
Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty and NPS
Managing daily operations, performance and resource planning
Upholding Vision Express standards and brand values
Building longterm relationships with customers and colleagues

What we're looking for:
Strong customer focus and passion for service
Confidence leading a small, established retail team

Experience in optical retail or store management is beneficial, but we welcome applications from candidates ready for their first Store Manager role.
