Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:
First 12 weeks:
- Basic rate from 6am to 6pm : 12.48 per hour (potential earning of 468 per week plus overtime)
- Premium night rate from 6pm to 6am - 13.87 per hour (potential earning of 520 per week plus overtime)
After 12 weeks:
- Basic rate from 6am to 6pm : 14.81 per hour (potential earning of 555 per week plus overtime)
- Premium night rate from 6pm to 6am - 16.68 per hour (potential earning of 625 per week plus overtime)
There is the potential of up to 2hrs of overtime available each day. Overtime is reconciled over a 4-weekly period (overtime limits apply).
Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative
We have a variety of shifts available:
- 06:00 - 15:00
- 13:00 - 22:00
- Other shifts may be available
You will be on a rota for any 5 days per week and expected to work 42.5hrs per week (flexibility will be required)

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
- Order Picking for a leading grocery retailer using MHE equipment
- Ensure all operational manuals and safe systems of work are followed to achieve an accident-free operation
- To reconcile products with documentation and to load/unload vehicles
- Where a company uniform and personal protective equipment have been issued, they must be always worn when on duty
- This is a physical job so you must enjoy work of a physical nature such as lifting
