kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer (night shift) to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sprayer who can work efficiently overnight, producing high-quality finishes and keeping jobs moving through the paint process to a consistently high standard.
key responsibilities

• carry out paint spraying on vehicles to manufacturer and bodyshop standards
• prep, mask and prime panels ready for painting when required
• mix and match paints accurately, including blending and colour matching
• apply basecoat, clearcoat and complete finishing work to a high standard
• ensure all work is completed within deadlines and quality checked before handover
• maintain spray booth, equipment and work area cleanliness
• follow all health and safety procedures, including safe handling of materials

requirements

• proven experience as a paint sprayer within an accident repair centre/bodyshop
• confident with all aspects of spraying, including blending and colour matching
• high attention to detail and a quality-driven approach
• ability to work independently and meet targets on night shift
• good knowledge of paint systems and modern repair methods
• ata/nvq qualifications beneficial but not essential
