We are looking for an experienced rural surveyor to join a well-established national consultancy as an Associate Director based in Winchester. This is a key role in a growing team, offering a broad range of work, high-profile clients, and strong opportunities for career progression.

The Role:

• Lead on the management of diverse rural estates across the region
• Provide high-quality advice to private and institutional clients
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, valuations, strategic estate reviews and more
• Develop client relationships and help grow the rural business
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team leadership
