Head of Finance - Property & Real EstateAn exciting opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join a growing organisation in the property and real estate sector. This is a key leadership role overseeing all financial operations across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial and accounting activities for the group.

Lead and develop a small finance team.

Prepare management accounts, group consolidations, and statutory accounts.

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes.

Manage cash flow forecasting, funding, and banking relationships.

Oversee payables, receivables, and all operational finance functions.

Prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial commentary.

Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.

About You

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role.

Strong experience in the property, real estate, or construction sectors.

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Desirable

Experience with multi-entity group accounting.

Exposure to property management and invoice automation tools.

Financial modelling and project management skills.
