Senior HR Advisor

Fixed Term contract till March 2025

Hemel Hempstead (2-3 days onsite)

Looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team on a Full time basis!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR casework efficiently and effectively
  • Manage transactional HR processes and administration for the Employment cycle
  • Utilize HR and Recruitment systems, including iTrent
  • Ensure smooth HR operations through proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or relevant UK-based experience
  • Previous HR casework experience is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
  • Experience with HR and Recruitment systems, preferably iTrent
  • Fluent and proficient verbal and written communication skills
