Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, technically adept Installation & Commissioning Maintenance Engineer to join our clients growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring their ceramic systems and equipment are installed, commissioned, and maintained to the highest standards both in-house and at client sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission ceramic-based systems and equipment across industrial environments
• Conduct diagnostics, testing, and calibration to ensure optimal system performance
• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting issues with precision
• Collaborate with design, production, and R&D teams to refine installation protocols
• Provide technical support and training to clients during and after installation
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, test results, and service reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance engineering
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering background
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
