Job description:

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant/Carers/Support Workers to to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within our service users homes.

Location: Leicester
Salary: 13.73 - 18.65 PAYE
Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and daily activities (eg dressing, feeding, mobility support).
• Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs
• Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence
• Offer emotional support and reassurance as required
• Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely records

Requirements:

• At least 6 months recent care experience.
• Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and independently
• Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
