Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: DN38

An established manufacturing site in the DN38 area is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support the electrical maintenance function on site.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a strong electrical engineer looking to step into, or continue in, a leadership position within a stable industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the electrical maintenance team on a day-to-day basis

  • Ensure planned and reactive electrical maintenance is carried out safely and efficiently

  • Lead fault-finding and breakdown response on electrical systems

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and site reliability

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex electrical issues


Hours of Work:

  • 7:00am - 4:00pm

  • 1 hour unpaid lunch break


On-Call:

  • On-call rota with payment of 200 per month

  • On-call duties to commence once fully site-trained (typically after probation)


Salary:

  • 46,000 - 52,000 per annum

  • Dependent on qualifications and experience


Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong electrical maintenance background within an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Recognised electrical qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, safety-focused, and able to lead by example
