Key Duties

• Refresh occupied rooms during the day, replenishing amenities and towels.

• Maintain spotless presentation of rooms, bathrooms, and suites.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

• Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues immediately.

• Keep housekeeping trolleys and pantries clean, tidy, and fully stocked.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury housekeeping (4 or 5 preferred).

• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

• Professional, discreet, and guest-focused.

• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

• Good communication skills in English.
