London Market Client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is confident leading Employee Relations from end to end.

In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping them navigate people matters with clarity, confidence and compassion. You'll manage a broad mix of ER cases, support organisational planning, and play a key part in shaping a great employee experience.
You'll also collaborate closely with HR specialists across operations, reward, L&D and recruitment to deliver seamless people initiatives.
