We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a strong background in UK Public Sector IT Services sales to drive growth and expansion across government and public sector accounts.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in IT Services/Consulting sales

  • Extensive experience selling into the UK Public Sector

  • Proven ability to win new business and manage large sales cycles

  • Strong network within government, NHS, or local authorities

  • Experience collaborating with presales, delivery, and technical teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related)

Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve annual sales targets

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for public sector clients

  • Lead opportunities from qualification through closure

  • Participate in RFPs, proposals, and bid management

  • Build long-term customer relationships and partnerships

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
