We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a brand-new solo EBD children s home supporting one young person on a 2:1 staffing ratio.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new home from the very beginning, where relationships, care and consistency come first.
Salary: £13 per hour £60 per sleep
Hours: hours per month (including 2 monthly team meetings)
Shift Pattern
We are very flexible and open to:
Long Day Sleep:
10am 11pm Sleep 7am 10.30am (handover)

Experience in residential childcare is essential

Qualification is desirable but not essential

The Registered Manager and Deputy provide regular 1:1 development sessions, with a strong focus on growth, confidence and leadership.
This is not an institutional home it s warm, child-centred and relationship-led.

Safeguarding & Compliance
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, suitable references, and all required safer recruitment checks in line with residential childcare regulations.
