Overview:
My client is migrating customer and commercial data from Legacy CRM systems to Salesforce CRM.
The Data Migration Test Analyst is responsible for providing independent assurance that all data migration transform logic is implemented exactly as defined in the approved migration specifications.
The role focuses on reviewing, validating, and evidencing transformation rules across the migration life cycle (ie, the agreed ETLs that will take place as per the plan) to ensure data accuracy, completeness, traceability, and regulatory compliance before data is relied upon for application testing, cutover, or live business operations.

Key Deliverables:
-Review and validate transformation logic aligned to approved specifications
-Migration test cases and executed test results
-Reconciliation reports and control summaries
-Defect logs with supporting evidence
-Formal test evidence packs suitable for audit and regulatory review

Experience Required:
-Strong experience as a Data Migration Test Analyst
-Experience supporting SIT, UAT, NFT, performance, dress rehearsals, and cutover
-Proven ability to review and validate complex transformation logic
-Experience working from detailed source-to-target mapping specifications
-Experience with ETL tools and migration frameworks
-Strong SQL skills for data interrogation and validation
-Experience with reconciliation, control totals, and data quality checks
-Clear understanding of regulated data environments and evidence requirements

Desirable:
-Experience with Salesforce data migrations
-Experience in utilities, energy, or financial services domains
