Practice Manager/Dispensing Optician Practice Manager - Greater Manchester 37.5 Hours (Experience required)

Salary: £35,000 per year (DOE) + monthly bonus up to £250
Hours: Full-time 5 days including all Saturdays (37.5 hrs per week)
Location: Greater Manchester

About You:

• Proven experience managing a high-volume optical practice
• Confident leader with a track record of driving team performance and results
• Comfortable overseeing clinics, KPIs, and staff development
• Commercially aware and motivated to grow a newer store
• Open to Practice Manager or DO Practice Manager - dispensing to all levels desirable, but management remains the main focu
