• Comprehensive knowledge of, experience in, and proven delivery of, business improvement methodologies and solutions
• Demonstrable evidence of leading and delivering process improvement projects and successful business and process change
• Minimum Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
• An understanding of change management approaches and demonstrable evidence of delivering change management across complex projects
• Project management skills and experience
• Experience in handling, analysing and understanding diverse data sources
• Ability to understand and translate high-level process implications easily without being a subject matter expert
• Experience in stakeholder management, methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to quickly build successful business relationships at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using M365 applications
