Role Overview
The successful applicant will have overall responsibility for BTO facilities including premises, reception, building services, maintenance, office equipment, office supplies and vehicles, ensuring continuity, safety and value for money. This role is offered on a part time basis, working 25 hours per week across 5 days (Mon-Fri). This position is based at our HQ in Thetford, Norfolk, with an ideal start time of 9am. We are happy to discuss alternative working hours and working patterns.

Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in line management, office or facilities management and supplier contract management
Strong organisational, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of listing buildings status implications
Working knowledge of Health and Safety compliance
