Shunter Driver Class 1 (HGV)
Corby Full-time, shift-based

A well-established manufacturing business in Corby is seeking an experienced Shunter Driver to support movements of raw materials and finished goods across multiple local sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Shunting trailers on/off bays and between nearby sites

• Operating a Terberg and Class 1 HGV

• Yard organisation, vehicle checks, and defect reporting

• Ensuring loads are secured and DVSA compliant

• Occasional warehouse/operational support when required

Requirements

• Class 1 HGV licence (minimum 2 years experience)

• Terberg experience

• Valid CPC & Digi card

• Safety-first, reliable, and a strong team player

• Right to work in the UK

Shifts
3-week rotating pattern (days, afternoons, nights) average 45 hours/week

Pay & Benefits

• £39,286 basic salary + overtime

• 33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
