Job Title: Sales Executive/Junior Account Manager

Salary: up to 28,000 + Uncapped commission

The Role:
Seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Junior Account Manager to help drive new business and support existing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset, ideally with some B2B experience, to grow their career in commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate new leads
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
• Identify client needs and match them with suitable finance solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM

About You:

• Driven, ambitious, and highly sales-focused
• Ideally some experience in B2B outbound sales (phone-based)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
