Electrical Assemblers!

Wise Employment are seeking an Electrical Assembler with hands-on production experience to join an amazing company based in Plymouth.

This opportunity is working Monday to Thursday 8:00am 4:30pm and Fridays 8 30pm, where you will earn £12.99 per hour with overtime when available at a time and a half.

The role involves assembling and wiring electronic products while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

As Electrical Assemblers, you will be responsible for:

• Coil winding and sealing
• Loom preparation (wiring, crimping, stripping)
• PCB assembly, soldering, conformal coating
• Rack wiring and general mechanical assembly
• Use of soldering equipment
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Supporting continuous improvement activities

To be successful as an Electrical Assembler you will need:

• Experience in a production/assembly environment
• Ability to read assembly drawings and wiring diagrams
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Team-focused and flexible
