Job Title: Production Operative
Location: BRIDGWATER
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30AM TO 5PM FINISHING EARLY ON A FRIDAY
Rates of Pay: up to 12.60 PER HOUR
Reporting to: Production Manager

About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our production team as Production operative This is a key position within the factory, supporting the preparation and packing of products in line with company and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative

• Preparing and packing products to meet production standards
• Working efficiently to achieve daily targets
• Following safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working effectively as part of a team under supervision
