Recruitment Consultant - Critical Infrastructure, Southampton, hybrid role

The role

• Learn full 360 recruitment with structured training and mentoring
• Build and run your own recruitment desk in one of our specialist markets
• Cultivate excellent client and candidate relationships
• Generate new business and work high-value vacancies
• Be seen as a Subject Matter Expert and industry leader in your niche

We're looking for someone who

• Is in their first/second sales, recruitment, or associated commercial role (ie telesales)
• Is confident, competitive and driven to achieve big things!
• Enjoys sales, targets, conversations, and relationship-building
• Wants proper training, progression, and a career, not just a job!
• Is looking to take their earnings to the next level!
