FINTEC Recruit are recruiting Electrical Engineers for their well established manufacturing client based in the Stirling area.

These are permanent positions working shifts based on a 5 shift rota (average 38 hours/week, 18 shifts over a 35 day cycle)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Electrical maintenance support across site
• Planned and preventative maintenance using CMMS
• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians
• Resolve unplanned breakdowns right first time
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate shift reporting

Skills & Experience:

• HNC in Electrical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Completed 4 year recognised apprenticeship (essential)
• Strong skills in PLCs, HV/LV systems, fault finding & isolation

• Strong communicator and team player
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Positive, proactive leadership approach
