12-hour shifts:
Nights: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Days: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

Standard weekday shifts:
6:00 AM 2:00 PM, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Flexible availability is essential, including nights and weekends where required.

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative/Print Operator to join a busy production team in Southwold.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a production or printing environment and be able to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality output. This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, time management, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate production and printing machinery safely and efficiently

Prepare materials for production runs
Monitor quality and make adjustments as necessary

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Maintain accurate records of production runs and materials used
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals

Requirements/Skills:
Previous experience in a production or print environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physically capable of handling materials and performing manual tasks
Good time management and organisational skills
Flexible and willing to work varied shifts
Can-do attitude, positive attitude, desire to succeed and do a good job
