40,000 - 45,000 per annum + Overtime (1.5x) + Monthly Bonus ( 2%)
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (40 hours per week)

We are looking for an experienced lead CNC Machinist to join our Manufacturing and production Team. This hands-on role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC turning and mill-turn machines using Mazak, Siemens, and Fanuc controls. You'll act as the technical lead for the CNC Turning section- mentoring others, improving processes, and ensuring quality and productivity across the shop floor.

• Program, set, and operate CNC lathes and mill-turn machines
  Prove out programs and resolve machining issues
  Plan and implement machining processes for new and existing parts
  Lead and mentor machinists, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
  Machine components in aluminium, stainless steel, brass, and other alloys

• Strong background with Mazak, Siemens, and/or Fanuc controls
  Proven ability to program, set, and operate CNC turning and mill-turn machines
  Experience with twin-spindle and Y-axis mill-turn machinery desirable
  Excellent knowledge of engineering drawings and quality requirements

• Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 (DOE)
  Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
  Monthly production bonus ( 2%)
