JK Recruitment Hub is supporting an established Manufacturing company near Dosthill, Tamworth in their search for experienced Production Operatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with many years of success, experiencing significant growth as they continue to produce building materials to distribute worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a hands on role where you will be trained to use specialised tools and machinery to produce finished products ready for distribution.

• Operate different factory/plant machinery
• Support the packaging of finished products
• Support the loading and unloading vehicles
• Quality Assurance checks

What We re Looking For:

Previous experience working within a heavy/industrial based environment and ideally completed roles such as Production Operative, Machine Operator or Labourer based positions.

• Be hands on with a can do attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Prepared to train on new machinery

Working Hours:

We are recruiting for a number of positions and have both Day and Night Shifts available.

• x1 Vacancies on Nights - 6pm till 5am
• x3 Vacancies on Days - 6am till 5pm

Working on a 4 shifts On - 4 shifts Off rota pattern
