The RoleWe are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the UK finance function, driving strategic growth and ensuring robust governance across a regulated environment. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the UK Managing Director and partnering closely with global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain to optimise profitability.

What We're Looking For

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in senior finance leadership, ideally in pharma or manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change and implement process improvements.
