Are you a confident communicator with a flair for problem-solving? We re looking for a proactive Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join our client s busy team, supporting customers with their enquiries and ensuring swift solutions.

The Role:

Handling inbound enquiries from clients in a professional and efficient manner
Logging details accurately and keeping clients updated on progress
Monitoring and following up to ensure issues are resolved promptly
Providing excellent service and maintaining a positive customer experience

About You:

Previous customer service or administration experience
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively
Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
Flexible, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
