Join our Customer Team and advance your career as a

Romanian speaker Order Management Specialist In this role You will:
  • Coordinate the order management process of clients in the automotive industry

  • Maintain customer and material master database

  • Enter customer orders and follow them up

  • Manage customer requests and queries

  • Be logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion

  • Interact with customers and collaborators in a professional, friendly and efficient manner

  • Facilitate the invoicing process

What You will need to be successful:
  • Fluency in Romanian and solid English knowledge

  • Relevant experience in an SSC environment

  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce/Siebel/SAP)

  • Customer oriented approach

  • Flexible, motivated personality
