The Role This is more than just a sales job it s a chance to own your territory and take the lead in developing client relationships across Ireland. You ll be out in the field, managing your own diary, making strategic decisions, and representing a company that s known for quality and service. What You ll Do Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your territory Build Relationships: Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular, in-person engagement Close Deals: Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively to win business Work Autonomously: Plan and manage your own schedule and travel efficiently Report Back: Share customer feedback and insights with the wider team to inform strategy Who We re Looking For Experienced: You ve worked in field sales within packaging or FMCG, and know how to build a pipeline Self-Sufficient: You re organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own time Personable: Strong communication and relationship-building skills are a must Mobile: Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (occasional travel to head office which is based in Co.
