Job Title: Maintenance Shift Manager Location: Newbridge, Ireland Shift Pattern: Suez Shift Pattern (Days&Nights) Salary: 70,750 per annum + benefits We re looking for a Maintenance Shift Manager to take charge of a multi-skilled team of engineers ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability for a brand new site based in Newbridge. What You ll Do: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support within your discipline (electrical, mechanical, or multiskilled). Conduct technical audits, manage spare parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop your team, including performance management and shift planning. Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, method statements, and site procedures. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring service levels are met. What We re Looking For: ONC/HNC or Full B-Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline. Technical Expertise: Experience with conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics, PLC/control systems, and CMMS/PPM processes. Leadership & Influence: A strong leader who can motivate, coach, and drive cultural change. Ability to work at heights up to 30M on MEWP platforms if required
