We are looking for a D365FO Localization Expert with solid experience in Polish finance and regulatory requirements. For one of our clients in the manufacturing industry operating across of 20 countries. The role involves supporting and delivering a D365FO solution that will meet current and upcoming Polish statutory and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Polish finance localization within D365FO
• Ensure the system meets Polish accounting, tax, and statutory requirements
• Implement and support changes driven by new Polish regulations, including:
  • KSeF (National e-Invoicing System)
  • JPK/SAF-T reporting
  • Polish VAT (split payment, reverse charge)
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into practical D365FO solutions
• Configure, test, and validate:
  • VAT setup, tax codes, and reports
  • General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets
  • Electronic Reporting (ER) and statutory outputs
• Collaborate with finance teams, developers, and external stakeholders
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities
• Prepare documentation and provide post-go-live support

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years with D365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012 with D365FO exposure)
• Hands-on experience with Polish finance localization
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Polish VAT and tax regulations
  • Statutory accounting and reporting in Poland
  • JPK/SAF-T obligations
  • KSeF e-invoicing (practical experience required)
• Experience configuring Electronic Reporting (ER)
• Solid understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax)
• Experience in D365FO implementations
• English speaking is mandatory, Polish is preferable
• Must be immediately available
