We are seeking a skilled urologist to join a collaborative team of 3 urologists in Puerto Rico. This position offers a dynamic clinical environment with a focus on patient-centered care, supported by physician assistants (PAs). You ll have daily access to both clinic and operating room facilities.

• Current resident or graduate from an ACGME-approved urology residency.


• American Board of Urology certified or board eligible.


• Fluent in spoken Spanish and written English.


• Eligible to obtain a medical license to practice in Puerto Rico.

• Competitive salary: $420,000 to $480,000 annually (based on experience).


• $50,000 sign-on bonus.


• 3-year contract with a $50,000 annual productivity bonus.


• $20,000 relocation bonus to Puerto Rico.
